Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
