Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Iron Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
