Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Oak Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fort Worth, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
