Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
