Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Pine Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
