Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Lantern Auto Group is a El Paso company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
