Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Bright Pike Manufacturing makes precision components in El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
