Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Hollow Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
