Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
