Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
