Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Harbor Health provides primary and specialty care in Detroit, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
