Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
