Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Denver. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system.
