Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Denver, CO)

Northwind Solutions grows and distributes produce from farms near Denver, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Denver. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
