Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Denver, CO)

Bright Lakeside Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
