Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Stone Foods produces packaged foods at its Denver plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
