Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
