Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Dallas with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
