Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rook Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
