Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Dallas, TX)

Nova Sable Manufacturing is a Dallas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
