Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
