Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Columbus. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
