Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Columbus. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
