Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Vale Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
