Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Colorado Springs, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system.
