Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Lantern Property Management is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
