Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
