Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Oak Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
