Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Early Learning Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
