Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
