Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
