Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
