Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
