Rivermark Kestrel Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies.
