Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
