Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
