Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Chicago region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
