Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Field Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
