Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
