Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
