Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
