Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Charlotte with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
