Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Works makes precision components in Charleston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
