Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities looks after properties across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
