Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Basin Health is a healthcare provider in Charleston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
