Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
