Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Charleston with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
