Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system.
