Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Harbor Health runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
