Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boston, MA)

Redstone Ivory Health runs clinics and patient services around Boston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Boston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
